Checks before booking a visit
Take photos of the full booster set, controller screen, pump nameplate, pressure gauges and pipework. Note whether the issue affects the whole building or only certain floors, whether one or all pumps are running, and whether any alarm code or pressure reading is visible.
Repair, servicing or replacement
